I want to return the order. What is the process?
MDS Cycles are handcrafted with love and care. We consider all possible scenarios and road, weather, traffic, environmental conditions while designing our cycles. We pay highest attention to the components we use in our products. We manufacture with at most care and by following all industry specified standards. All our bicycles have passed Quality and performance checks and dispatched to the customers directly after manufacturing.
We believe our customers will love our bicycles. But incase if you don’t like our product we offer 10-day return window policy. Every product purchased from our website is eligible for 10 days return window policy from the date of delivery of the product.
In case the product is damaged during the delivery please record a video and send to us while rising the return request.
We also offer replacement of any specific part to customers in the 10day return window instead of return due to any damage to the cycle parts.
Please keep all the original packaging material such as carton box,foam,bubble wrap,polythene cover etc. Bicycle needs to be dismantled and returned in original condition. Any damages to the parts due to wrong packing, or improper assembly will be charged.
We will deduct the following charges from the amount paid while ordering the product for the returns:
-To shipping cost and return shipping cost
-Any damages to the spares or accessories due to improper packing and fitting
-Any missing parts or accessories in the returned product
-Any cleaning cost for badly used returns
Refund amount will be issued to the customers for the returns within 7 Business days after the returned product is received in our warehouse.
